How ZingBizz makes a video, step by step
Five stages, one team and one schedule. Here is what happens at each one, what you sign off before it moves on, and what you are holding at the end of it.

Pre-production
Every ZingBizz film starts as a script and a storyboard, not a shoot date. We break your brief into a working script, pin each beat up as a board panel, and rearrange the order until the story earns its ending. You sign off the board, the shot list and the schedule before a camera is booked, which is what keeps the shoot day short and the budget where it started.

The shoot
With the board locked, the studio call is short. The crew rigs lighting, sound and camera to the shot list you already approved, works to a call sheet everyone had a week earlier, and films the frames we drew. ZingBizz shoots in studio in Chennai or on location, and nobody spends the morning deciding what the film is supposed to be.

On the day
Every setup goes up on a monitor before it becomes a take. You see the frame we see, the board is ticked off shot by shot, and nothing moves on until the shot is genuinely in hand. Footage is backed up to two separate drives before the room is struck, so a single card failure never turns into a reshoot you have to pay for.

The edit
The cut is where a film gets written a second time. We assemble, then structure, then sound, then grade, and you review at every stage rather than once at the end when changes are expensive. Colour, sound, motion graphics and titles are handled in house, and two rounds of notes are built into the schedule rather than billed as extras.

Publishing
One film is never one file. The cut is delivered shaped for every place it has to live: sixteen-nine for YouTube, vertical for Reels and Shorts, square for feeds, each captioned and trimmed to the runtime that channel actually rewards. Thumbnails, descriptions and the master files are handed over with it, so the footage stays yours.

Scope decides where you land: shoot days, crew size, number of locations, talent, equipment, production complexity and monthly content volume. GST is charged additionally on the final quotation.
02How long does it take to create content from brief to final delivery?
Content Production
You receive ready-to-publish content in 7 to 10 working days. That covers scripting, pre-production, shooting, editing, revisions and delivery. Multiple shoot days, complex production, animation or heavy post-production extend it. Approval speed is the largest single factor: the faster feedback comes back, the faster the content ships.
03What is included in your content creation packages?
Content Production
ZingBizz retainer packages above ₹50,000 per month cover the full cycle: scripting and content ideation, video production and shooting, editing and post-production, publishing, basic animation and graphics, and content boosting support. Deliverables and monthly volume are fixed in the proposal before work starts. Location rental, professional talent and other third-party costs are billed separately.
04How many revisions are included in your content creation package?

Each content piece includes 2 rounds of revisions. One round is a single consolidated set of feedback after you review the submitted version. Feedback sent piecemeal, or changes raised after approval, counts as a further round. Revisions beyond that scope are quoted separately against the work involved.
05Do you write the scripts, or do we need to provide them?
Content Production
ZingBizz writes the scripts, built from your brand, objectives, target audience, product or service details and preferred tone. An existing script can be produced instead. To start, send brand information, product details, the campaign objective, your audience, references and any mandatory messaging. The script locks once you approve it.
06Do you provide locations or studio setups for content shoots?
Content Production
ZingBizz coordinates shoots at your premises, external locations or studios, chosen against the creative requirement. Location and studio rental is borne by the client, and you receive the direct vendor quotation or billing rather than an undisclosed markup. Travel and related production expenses are charged separately.
07What video formats and aspect ratios do you deliver?
Content Production
The standard package includes one video layout, chosen for the primary platform. Additional versions in 9:16 vertical, 16:9 landscape, 1:1 square or 4:5 are separate deliverables priced from ₹5,000 per video, set by the editing and adaptation each needs. Captions, thumbnails and platform-specific adaptations are scoped with the requirement.
08Who owns the final video and raw footage?

You receive the final approved videos for your use once the project completes and the agreed payment is made. Raw camera footage sits outside the standard package: ZingBizz supplies the original files for a one-time charge set by footage volume and storage, transferred in their original format by an agreed method.
09What do you need from us before the shoot?
Content Production
Send brand guidelines and logos, product or service information, approved scripts and references, product samples, location access and permissions, availability of spokespersons and team members, any mandatory legal or brand messaging, and final sign-off on the shoot plan. The earlier those approvals land, the faster production runs.
10Do your content creation packages include animation and motion graphics?
Content Production
Basic animation, text animation, transitions, graphic elements and motion graphics are included in the standard editing scope. Complex animation, 3D work, advanced motion graphics, visual effects and character animation need extra time and cost. ZingBizz identifies that during planning and quotes the addition before proceeding.
