One request is a single static design, submitted with clear direction and either the copy or a copy brief. Plans start at 8 static designs per month, and higher volumes are accommodated through a larger package with the matching workflow.

How fast is the turnaround on a design request?
Design as a Service
Standard requests are delivered in 2 working days. Same-day delivery is available for suitable requirements, and urgent work can turn around in 4 hours. Actual speed depends on complexity, the current queue, how quickly you return feedback, and which subscription package you are on.

Can I pause or cancel? Is there a minimum commitment?

Design subscriptions carry a 6-month minimum commitment. Pause terms, cancellation, notice periods and other commercial conditions are set out in the agreement signed at the start. The minimum exists so creative capacity can be reserved and planned against, on both sides.

What is not included in the design subscription?

Video, 3D, printing, photography, complex illustration and branding are not automatically part of a subscription. Any of them can be added to the right package. Exact deliverables, monthly capacity and additional services are agreed in writing before the engagement starts, so nothing is assumed.
